Refunds and Cancellations

Prescription medications that have already been ordered, compounded, dispensed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, subject to applicable law and the policies of the dispensing pharmacy.
Laboratory tests, consultations, procedures, and other services that have already been performed may also be non-refundable.
Specific cancellation and refund terms provided during enrollment, scheduling, purchase, or execution of a separate patient agreement will control when applicable.
Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Third-Party Services

Jersey Shore TRT is not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control involving independent third parties, including certain pharmacy processing times, carrier delays, laboratory processing times, or third-party technology interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Shipping and Delivery
When medications or other products are shipped through an independent pharmacy, fulfillment provider, or carrier, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur because of pharmacy processing, medication availability, weather, carrier operations, holidays, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances outside Jersey Shore TRT's reasonable control.
Patients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and promptly notifying Jersey Shore TRT or the appropriate dispensing pharmacy of relevant delivery issues.
Communications and SMS
By providing your contact information, you authorize Jersey Shore TRT to communicate with you regarding inquiries and services as permitted by law and consistent with the communication preferences and consent you provide.
If you separately consent to receive SMS/text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
You may opt out of applicable text messages by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.
